Dowie Doole DD C.S.M. is a quintessential Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot, grown on Blewitt Springs' sandy slopes and Tatachilla's ancient rocks.

Each component is vinified separately. Post ferment the wine undergoes a short maceration on skins. It is then matured for 24 months in seasoned oak hogsheads, half American and half French.

Deep red with a crimson hue, Dowie Doole DD C.S.M. has spicy, juicy dark fruit flavours with a fine tannin line and a berry edge. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
